Momentaari Oy Warranty

All watches sold by Momentaari Oy come with a 6-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers technical defects in the watch's operation that are not due to normal wear and tear, incorrect use, or external damage. Should a warrantied defect occur during the warranty period, Momentaari Oy will arrange for the watch's repair or, if necessary, the replacement of the defective part.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage or alterations to the watch's external components. Items excluded from the warranty include, but are not limited to, the strap, crystal, crown, pushers, bezel, coatings, scratches, and other cosmetic damage. The warranty also does not cover water resistance or damage caused by impact, dropping, moisture, liquids, improper handling, accidents, or other external factors.

If you suspect a warrantied defect in your watch, please contact Momentaari Oy before the watch is serviced or opened. The warranty is not valid if the watch has been repaired, opened, or altered anywhere other than a service approved by Momentaari Oy without prior written permission.
